Murphy residents gained a new walk-in healthcare option on Aug. 3 when Integrity Urgent Care opened at 211 E. FM 544, Suite 401, bringing X-rays, lab work and same-day illness testing to the FM 544 corridor seven days a week.
The Texas-based company's Murphy location offers treatment for common illnesses and minor injuries, on-site testing for flu, strep, RSV and COVID-19 with same-day results, plus EKGs, sports medicine and STI screening. Patients can walk in or check in online. No appointment is needed.
The clinic also serves residents in Wylie, Plano, Richardson and Parker, the company said in a statement reported by Local Profile.
CEO David Pyle said the company chose Murphy for its family-focused character and connections to neighboring cities across southeastern Collin County. Integrity also serves local employers with physicals, drug screenings, immunizations and workers' compensation services.
Hours run Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic's phone number is 972-353-7351.
The Murphy clinic joins Integrity Urgent Care locations already operating in Lavon and Princeton along the State Highway 78 corridor. The company lists a McKinney location opening in fall 2026, according to its website, adding to its Collin County footprint.
That expansion tracks with the county's growth. Collin County reached roughly 1.2 million residents in 2024, adding more than 46,000 people in a single year, according to Local Profile. Texas Health Resources also announced plans earlier in 2026 for a 51-acre hospital campus in northeast McKinney, expected to open in 2028 with 60 beds.
Baylor Scott and White Emergency Medical Center already operates in Murphy, but the Integrity clinic fills a different niche: non-emergency care with extended hours for families juggling work and school schedules.
The clinic is open now at 211 FM 544, Suite 401, Murphy, TX 75094.
