Murphy's Food Truck Fridays series closes out its 2026 season on Sept. 18 with a Marvel vs. DC trivia showdown and live music at Murphy Central Park.

The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at 550 N Murphy Rd. The city's parks events page lists Food Truck Fridays as free to attend, though food trucks charge for meals.

DJ SaucyD returns to handle the music after spinning at the Sept. 4 edition. Trivia runs from 7 to 8 p.m. with a Marvel vs. DC theme and prizes for winners. The food truck lineup had not been announced as of the city's event posting but will be released closer to the date.

City Manager Aretha Adams previewed the fall Food Truck Fridays dates at the Aug. 4 City Council meeting, listing both the Sept. 4 and Sept. 18 events at Murphy Central Park. The Sept. 4 edition featured a TV theme song trivia night.

Sept. 18 is the final Food Truck Fridays of the year. The city's program page lists four 2026 dates total: two in the spring on March 13 and March 27, and two this fall on Sept. 4 and Sept. 18. All four run from 6 to 9 p.m. at Murphy Central Park.
